002 / How We Work

How we work.

01

Survey & Asset List

We study the number and types of objects, where they are, and the data format you need for your database.

02

Shooting Standard

Camera color calibration, numbering, angles, backgrounds and color references are set at the start, so hundreds of photos stay consistent.

03

Photography

Objects are photographed one by one following the list. Old photos are reproduced with a camera under controlled lighting, not an ordinary scanner.

04

Processing & Restoration

Color and size correction. For reproductions, we repair scratches, stains and faded colors without changing their original character.

05

Data Handover

Files are named after the inventory number and delivered in a format ready for your database or for reprinting.

004 / Equipment

What we bring.

  • Full-frame cameras with macro lenses for object detail
  • Reproduction setup with controlled lighting for photos, documents and paintings
  • Color reference cards to keep color accurate across sessions
  • File naming that follows your inventory numbers
005 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What kinds of objects can you document?

Office assets and equipment, museum collections, document archives, artworks and old family photos. For large or immovable objects, we come to you.

What about old photos that are already damaged?

We reproduce them with a camera, then repair scratches, small tears and faded colors. The results can be reprinted at large sizes.

Are our originals safe?

If needed, we shoot at your location, so original photos and documents never have to leave the building.

Which file formats will we receive?

High-resolution JPG for everyday use and TIFF for archiving, named after the inventory number. Other formats can be matched to your system.

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of objects. After the survey, we give an estimated shooting and processing schedule in the proposal.
